Documents Required

1. Deed title or rental contract of the workplace
2. Occupancy Permit (True copy of original approval from related municipality is required)
3. Chamber registration certificate, trade registry certificate and tax registration certificate
4. Circular of Signature
5. Fire Departmen Compliance Report (In case of manufacturing explosive, combustible and inflammable materials)
6. Fire extinguisher shall be purchased and invoice shall be presented.

• Workplace is inspected on site by municipality officers after license application. If found to be complaint with regularities the permit will be given less than a week.
